I am a full-time scholar, educator, and storyteller residing in Maryland. On days when I'm not chasing deadlines, you may find me listening to The Moth, Modern Love, The Daily, or NPR Life Kit. My hard stare rivals Paddington’s, as does my sweet tooth. Breaking bread around a table with loved ones keeps me grounded. I sometimes live life as the main character in a coming-of-age rom-com. My childhood dream is to open a coffee shop. Recently, I decided I’d like to be certified to judge competitive lion dancing someday.
